Originally, Ford was going to offer this  New Front Design on the "Passenger Wagon"  only, but  due to the overwhelming feedback  they received at numerous Auto Shows around  the country, it was decided to have it standard on all E Series! THIS PICTURE IS OF THE VERY FIRST 2008 TO COME OFF THE QUIGLEY PRODUCTION LINE (PICTURE TAKEN ON 09-19-07).  THANKS TO BOB RHOADS AT QUIGLEY FOR SENDING THE IMAGE TO ME  -  MUCH APPRECIATED!!!!!!! **RECENTLY CHANGED**  Ford will in fact be DROPPING the diesel option in the 2011's.    YES, AGAIN... the diesel has been omitted for the E-Series due to production issues with Navistar, actually the fact that Navistar will no longer be the manufacturer of the "Power-Stroke" Diesel for Ford.  Ford is making their own in house diesel (code name "Scorpion") for the 2011 F-Series, but not for the E-Series Vans!!!!!!1
